information. It is best to write this information and send us fax or email us this information.
- Product registration key code(s) used for registration
- Product name and version number
- Operating system version (Windows 95, 98, NT, 2000, etc)
- What you were doing when the problem occurred
- Default Internet Browser
- Exact wording of any messages that appear on your screen
- How to reproduce this problem.
