Your office already has the tools in place to run Project Management Software icTracker: a network, web browsers, and email. icTracker runs over your company intranet or internet, so you can instantly roll it out to hundreds of distributed desktops, with no client installations or maintenance.

Web Server Requirements

  • Microsoft NT Server 4.0 with Service Pack 5 and at least MDAC 2.1 with Internet Information Server (IIS) 4.0 or later.
  • Microsoft Windows Server 2000 with Internet Information Server (IIS) 5.0.
  • Microsoft Windows Server 2003 with Internet Information Server (IIS) 6.0.

Browser Requirements

  • Internet Explorer 6.0 or greater with Internet access (we recommend the latest version of Internet Explorer for updated security support)

Database Support

  • icTracker requires an instance of MS SQL Server 2000 installed on one of your servers.

    If you don't have a full version of the MS SQL Server 2000, you can download a free Desktop Edition (MSDE 2000) from the Microsoft website at: Microsoft SQL Server 2000 Desktop Engine (MSDE 2000) Release A.

  • Oracle 8.x or later - a separate database license required from Oracle (for the server component).

    Please note that icTracker with Oracle backend server will not be available at this time.

  • icTracker Server disk space requirements depends on size of your database.

  • Microsoft IIS / SMTP Services enabled
